This isn’t what you expected. You were told parenthood would be a *magical journey* but right now it feels like anything but. Maybe you’re feeling hopeless on your journey through infertility, drowning in grief following a loss, dealing with prenatal anxiety and depression, struggling to cope with experiencing birth trauma, or trying to survive that first year postpartum (because whoever said everything will be hunky dory at 6 weeks was clearly misinformed). I get it and you are not alone.

I have a passion for working with the perinatal population, including those struggling with infertility, loss, birth trauma, pregnancy, and postpartum. I have specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through Postpartum Support International. I have also completed training in EMDR which is a research based therapy designed to help those overcome trauma and other distressing experiences. In addition to my training, I have lived experience in my own journey of infertility and pregnancy loss.
