Initial Phone Consultation - $0

Finding the right fit when it comes to counseling is important. Therefore, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to give you a chance to ask any questions you may have and to determine if I am the best fit for you and your goals.

Individual Counseling - $150

My fee for a standard 55 minute session is $150. I am currently able to accept United Health Care, Cigna, and Aetna insurance. Benefits are subject to verification.

I offer a sliding scale private pay cost of $100 for those who have insurance I do not accept or do not have insurance coverage. Out of network clients may be able to submit a super bill to their insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to inquire if this is a possibility for you.

No Surprises Act

In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, I am required to notify all healthcare consumers of your Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.” Learn more here.

This Act requires that I notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by a non-participating provider and provide options to receive care from an in-network provider if one is available. Additionally, I am required to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services for the duration of treatment. It is difficult to determine the true length of treatment for mental health care, but I will do my best to provide an estimate based on the average length of treatment.
